Indonesian cuisine chicken opor
1 chicken, cut into pieces
700 cc coconut milk from 1 coconut
2 tsp brown sugar
1 stalk lemongrass crushed
3 lime leaves
4 tablespoons cooking oil
Spices:
7 red onions, saute
4 cloves garlic, saute
2 tsp toasted coriander
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp nutmeg powder
4 grains toasted hazelnut
2 segment finger ginger
How to cook chicken opor:
1. Clean chicken and cut into pieces,
2. Grated coconut, squeeze to produce thick coconut milk and liquid milk, set aside.
3. Blend all ingredients except lemon grass, bay leaves and Laos leaf.
4. Enter the liquid coconut milk in a saucepan, add spices, stir until boiling.
5. Enter the chicken, pour the thick coconut milk.
6. Cook until chicken is cooked meat.
7. Serve with rice cake.
