Padang grilled fish spice(Indonesian cuisine)
1 whole fish
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
2 cm cinnamon
2 pieces of cloves
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
5 pieces of orange leaves
500 cc coconut milk diluted
200 cc of thick coconut milk
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Subtle Seasonings recipe:
10 grains of red onion
3 cloves garlic
6 pieces of red pepper curls
1 cm ginger
3 cm turmeric, baked
3 eggs pecans, roasted

6 stalks basil
How to Make Fish Bakar Bumbu Kuning:
Marinate the fish with lemon juice and salt. Saute spices, lemongrass, and lime leaves until fragrant. Add salt and brown sugar. Mix well. Pour the coconut milk. Cookuntil thickened. Lift.
Marinate the fish with the seasoning and stir fry tamarind water. Let stand 30 minutesto infuse.
Grilled fish while turned upside down and dioles remaining ingredients until cooked.
Serve with a complement.
