500 grams of beef brisket, cut into 2 × 2

1 cm galangal
1 cm ginger, crushed
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1000 cc water
Spices:
6 units keluwek
1 clove shallot
4 cloves garlic
2 pieces of red chilli
4 items hazelnut
1 ½ tsp coriander
Salt and sugar to taste
How to Cook
