500 grams of beef brisket, cut into 2 × 2
Two lime leaves
1 stalk lemongrass
1 cm galangal
1 cm ginger, crushed
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1000 cc water


Spices:
6 units keluwek
1 clove shallot
4 cloves garlic
2 pieces of red chilli
4 items hazelnut
1 ½ tsp coriander
Salt and sugar to taste


How to Cook


  1. Heat oil and sauté ground spices. After fragrant enter the ginger, lemon grass,galangal, lime leaves and meat, mix well
